A long ways up ahead, a water hole sparkled in the bright sunlight up above. Licking her furry mouth after eating a mouse, Wingshadow raced to the hole in anguish. Her head throbbed from a headache. She was extremely thirsty after eating. In fact, she had not drank water for almost a whole day and she was dehydrated. She paced herself to the creek. Almost there.. she thought. A small robin, it's body still thin from the long harsh winter, hopped about, eating pink worms that had come to the surface. She made a small laugh as she ran toward the creek. It showed her that Summer was finally here.
Finally, she made it exhausted and panting to the creek. She licked her white fur, because it had signs of dirt and blood from making her kill. The sun shone brightly up above, blinding her sight, because the water reflected the sun, having a high albedo. Without any further ado, she leaned over to drink. The water tasted cold. Delicious, she said to herself. She kept drinking and drinking, getting her body's needs for a few minutes, absorbing every taste. At once, her body began to feel better and her headache started to go away. She gave a loud sigh of relief and stared up at the clouds, noticing how white they were.

Creamtree left the camp early, shaking her fur to get her blood pumping and the slight chill on her pelt to disappear. The morning mist dampened her pelt and her fur slightly stuck against her sides. She blinked, walking up alongside of the creek until she spotted another figure. Creamtree tilted her head, 'What is Wingshadow doing out this early?' she thought, padding up beside her and asking the question that rang through her head not a second ago. Creamtree's fluffy tail curled around and under her paws, the fur twitching from the natural movement of her tail.
She eyed the water trickling around the rocks at the bottom of the creek, the small swirls of water giving the water a rough, but clear and fresh look. It made her thirsty, then thinking that may have been why Winghshadow traveled out here this morning. She found some moss by a small tree and soaked the moss in the water while she waited for her clan mate's response. The water smelled 'woodsy' and crisp. "Perfect water for greenleaf" she admitted in a muffled tone as she dropped the moss onto the grass, leaving it in the shade so that the sun wouldn't dry it out too fast. Creamtree stretched, the suns warmth almost unbearable, but just enough to cease the morning chill.

Wingshadow was deeply in thought, staring at the fluffy pale clouds, when she heard someone coming toward her. She sniffed the air. it was Creamtail's scent. She knew everyone in the clan's scent, except for the exception of some kits, which she didn't care about anyway. The kits wouldn't be helpful until they could become apprentices anyway. Wingshadow was not in the mood to socialize, but decided she would pretend to be. She watched as her clan mate walked over to the water hole just like she had done. Then she turned away and decided to go back into her thoughts.
Suddenly, she heard Creamtail say, Perfect water for greenleaf.. She turned around to face Creamtail and let out a purr of satisfaction of the water. "Yes," she mewed. "It is indeed great water. Our clan hasn't had this in awhile, wouldn't you agree? She let out another purr, in exaggeration, trying to show that she was a nice cat. Wingshadow, even as a kit had always cared about what other cats thought about her. She wasn't going to ruin her reputation with Creamtail, so she had to be kind and overly nice.

((OCC: uhh.......It's CreamTREE not Creamtail)) Creamtree just nodded in agreement to Wingshadow's statement, not feeling very chatty all of a sudden. Blinking once or twice she scanned Wingshadow's appearance, noticing how she didn't seem to want to talk at this time. Creamtree felt put down a bit, thinking that being social would pay off today. She decided not to think anymore about it as she picked up the moss, nodded her head in attempt for her to know she was heading back to camp. "Have a good time." Creamtree said, before heading into the trees and tail visibly a little flicker moving in the mist before completely disappearing.
Once she entered camp, her paws lead her to the nursery den, and she dropped the moss there just in case. There was no reason for her to go to the creek and not bring water back. Creamtree wondered what was on her clan mate's mind. Was she worrying about something? As long as it had nothing to do with her, which she knew was probably true, then she should let Wingshadow take care of it. Leaving her by herself to think was the best thing in her opinion. ~~~

OOC: Oops. My bad.
WINGSHADOW XX
[/i] Wingshadow noticed the sudden drop of energy from her clan mate Creamtree, and as she stared at Creamtree, she noticed she was walking away from her. I failed, she thought. I should have been more energetic.. Then Wingshadow heard the words, "Have a good time, and for some reason they kind of stung. She knew she could not interpret those words as sarcasm, but they still got to her. A bug landed on Wingshadow's nose and right away she forgot all about Creamtree coming and leaving. The bug bit her. "Ouch!" Wingshadow mewed. She knew she would have a gigantic red mark on nose now. She felt as if nature was telling her to go and chase after Creamtree. She decided that she would get out of her lazy self and go and talk to Creamtree. "Wait up!" she meowed as she bounded after Creamtree. After all, Creamtree was an important clanmate and she needed to be liked by everyone if she was to be deputy.[/blockquote][/blockquote][/size][/blockquote]

A couple moments after entering camp, she heard Wingshadow's muffled cry to wait up as she stormed into camp after her. Creamtree's eyes just widened. "Uhh....." What was she supposed to say?! She didn't think she would come running after her, she just wanted her to have a good time and piece any problems together which....she thought had been what she was doing. Creamtree stiffled a laugh at her clan mate and brought up the air in her throat, "Wh-What's that red mark on your nose" she giggled, tail flicking behind her in pure amusement as Wingshadow stumbled up in front of her.
Creamtree knew she wanted to be Deputy, and somehow she respected her friend for that, but she didn't want her to force her friendliness on others if she wasn't in the mood to chat. Simple things like that made her questioned Wingshadow's motivation and can never tell if she is really happy with someone. "It's ok, you know," Creamtree bowed her head slightly,"I can understand if you didn't feel like chatting down by the creek. It's alright Creamtree felt a bit bad about the tension in her voice earlier and felt like she should apologize.

&&. WINGSHADOW ` ` After Wingshadow had caught up to Creamtree, they were well inside the Dream Clan Camp. She was going to say something to her clanmate, but before she had even gotten a chance to speak her friend had already asked her about her red nose. "Oh," Wingshadow laughed in embarrassment. "This is from a small black bug. It bit me and it actually hurt a little, but it will go away in a few days." She was hoping that no one would ask her about the red mark, but sure enough right away someone had to ask her about it.
Suddenly, Wingshadow noticed that she felt much better mentally, after running after Creamtree. Perhaps, all she had needed was a little exercise to make her feel more sociable. She sat down on the grass and curled her fluffy white tail around her paws. I can understand if you didn't feel like chatting down by the creek,It's alright. The warrior nodded to Creamtree and said, "Oh don't worry about it. I'm sorry, I should have been more friendly. Let's just pretend that none of this ever happened. Before she even got a response from her friend, another cat, Willowheart joined the conversation.
"Hi Willowheart," Wingshadow mewed. She watched as Willowheart sunk her teeth in a piece of prey in the fresh pile of kill. "I think it's time that we all got something to eat. Let's eat Creamtree." Wingshadow strode over to the fresh pile of kill and chose a sparrow to eat. She always enjoyed eating birds more than voles or rabbits. She dragged the sparrow and sunk her teeth into the feathers. It was juicy and tender. Delicious.
As Wingshadow continued to eat her sparrow, she heard Willowheart ask more questions. "So what where you two doing out there? Anything interesting going on? She decided to answer and said, "I originally was out hunting and was unsuccessful, and then got caught up in drinking out of water hole and staring at the clouds." She was truthful in her answer, but after she finished telling her story, she felt a little embarrassed about "staring and daydreaming while looking at the clouds."
